STMicroelectronics' high-speed TVS diode combines low clamping voltage with low capacitance
STMicroelectronics' ESDZX051-1BF4 belongs to the latest generation of high-speed signals protections. The component design combines a low clamping voltage with an especially low capacitance (10 V clamp for 0.25 pF) in keeping with hi-speed signals protection needs of high-efficiency protection and transparent
signal throughput.
- Ultra-low clamping voltage: 10 V TLP at 16 A Ipp
- Bidirectional protection diode
- Very high bandwidth: 24 GHz
- Very low dynamic resistance: 0.5 Ω
- Suitable for RF antenna applications with very low harmonics:
- H3 <-50 dBm at 20 dBm power at 710 MHz, 824 MHz, and 2.4 GHz
