Image of TDK ICU-30201 ToF Sensor The ICU-30201 from TDK InvenSense is a high-performance ultrasonic TOF sensor that is ideal for measuring the range of objects between 30 cm and 9.5 m, and offers a customizable field-of-view of up to 180º. It has a sample rate of 75 samples per second at 2 m, and 18 samples per second at 9 m. It comes in a 5.17 mm × 2.68 mm × 0.9 mm LGA package, and includes an integrated DSP for signal processing. The ICU-30201 extends battery life via its ultra-low power consumption (22 µA to 318 µA depending on the number of samples per second), and is highly flexible thanks to a large amount of embedded program and data memory. It is also available in a module.
