The NHT Electronics is an ISO 9001:2015 registered manufacturing firm. Our engineering team has over 100 years combined experience delivering products from concept to a fully certified product, offering low to high volume manufacturing on-site & applicable compliance certification. Providing a full range of electronic services under one roof saves you time and money.

Manufacturing on site gives our engineers a keen eye for designing for test, ensuring each PCBA shipped to you has been functionally tested and fault free – e.g. using our in-house fully automated test trolley, equipped with leading electronic test equipment tested with the industry standard National Instruments LabVIEW & TestStand.

Circuit design through schematic capture & PCB layout is achieved with the leading CAD package Altium, which we have many years experience in laying out multilayer, impedance controlled, high speed mixed signal boards, whilst designing for EMC compliance. Paired with our manufacturing services, prototypes can be taken from Altium to physical PCBAs in 8 working days.

Embedded firmware is written to popular standards where possible, such as C, C++ & assembler, using IDEs such as IAR, Keil & vendor specific IDEs such as TI & STMicro.

Many of our projects in recent years have been utilizing ARM cortex microcontrollers for IoT applications, either embedded within off-the-shelf modules or driving modem style modules. Expertise in LoRa, Bluetooth, WiFi, NFC, NB-IoT, LTE-M allows us to get your IoT product quickly to market.
