The RJ45 plugs have injection-molded kinks to protect the cable and wire. There are three main strain relief styles: non-booted, bubble boot, and latch boot. The boot protects the locking tab on the RJ45 plug, preventing it from being damaged. These styles are well-suited for applications requiring frequent insertions and extractions.
