Image of CnC Tech's Hook Up Wire UL SeriesCnC Tech offers a variety of new hook up wire UL styles. With a large selection of colors and wire gauge sizes, CnC Tech can meet a variety of needs. These six new UL styles are available in irradiated PVC, irradiated polyethylene, and silicone rubber insulation. They also conform to all current RoHS directives as laid out in EU Directive 2011/65/EC.

  • UL3122 silicone rubber wire
    • Flexibility: silicone rubber insulation with fiberglass braided sleeving
    • Maximum conductor resistance: 24.4 ohm/km
    • Resistant to oil, hot and cold, flexing
    • Rated temperature:  -50°C to +200°C
    • Rated voltage: 300 V
    • Insulation potential strength: 2000 VAC/min
    • Passes the FT2 flame test
    • Available in 18 AWG, 20 AWG, and 22 AWG
  • UL3386 XLPE wire
    • Flexibility: XLPE insulation
    • Maximum conductor resistance: 24.4 ohm/km
    • Resistant to oil, hot and cold, flexing
    • Rated temperature: -10°C to +105°C
    • Rated voltage: 600 V
    • Insulation potential strength: 2000 VAC/min
    • Passes the FT2 flame test
    • Available in 18 AWG and 20 AWG
  • UL10368 XLPE wire
    • Flexibility: XLPE insulation
    • Maximum conductor resistance: 397 ohm/km
    • Resistant to oil, hot and cold, flexing
    • Rated temperature: -10°C to +105°C
    • Rated voltage: 300 V
    • Insulation potential strength: 2000 VAC/min
    • Passes the FT2 flame test
    • Available in 26 AWG, 28 AWG, and 30 AWG
  • UL1430 XLPVC Wire
    • Flexibility: XLPVC insulation
    • Maximum conductor resistance: 152 ohm/km
    • Resistant to oil, hot and cold, flexing
    • Rated temperature: -10°C to +105°C
    • Rated voltage: 300 V
    • Insulation potential strength: 2000 VAC/min
    • Passes the VW-1 flame test
    • Available in 18 AWG, 20 AWG, 22 AWG, and 24 AWG
  • UL3266 XLPE wire
    • Flexibility: XLPE insulation
    • Maximum conductor resistance: 24.4 ohm/km
    • Resistant to oil, hot and cold, flexing
    • Rated temperature: -10°C to +125°C
    • Rated voltage: 300 V
    • Insulation potential strength: 2000 VAC/min
    • Passes the FT2 flame test
    • Available in 18 AWG and 20 AWG
  • UL3385 XLPE wire
    • Flexibility: XLPE insulation
