GTM96605 Series Adaptive USB Power Supplies

GlobTek’s GTM96605 series adaptive USB power supplies are available in compact, low profile and high impact desktop configurations with four options for IEC input power inlets: IEC60320 C6, C8, C14, and C18 with a polycarbonate housing size of 117.5 mm x 53.5 mm x 34.2 mm (L x W x H). They are available in a hybrid wall plug-in and desktop configuration with IEC60320 C6 or C8 power inlets and North America/Japan, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and United Kingdom plugs. The hybrid housing is a high impact polycarbonate with a size of 117.53 mm x 53.47 mm x 36.6 mm (L x W x H). Both grounded and ungrounded double insulated configurations are available.

The GTM96605 model family of USB power delivery (PD) products are certified to multiple standards with a wide range of international approvals. USB PD is a specification for handling higher power and allows rapid charging over a USB connection.

The series is certified for IEC 60601-1 medical safety and EMC (4th edition, 2MOPP), IEC 60950-1 information technology equipment, IEC 62368-1 audio/video, information and communication technology equipment, UL1310 Class 2 power unit, and IEC 60335-1 safety of household and similar electrical appliances. The power supplies, which have an output current rating of 6 A or less, are all rated for limited power source (LPS) applications. Standard national certifications include, but are not limited to, United States, Canada, European Union, Russia/EAC, Japan, Ukraine, and Australia/New Zealand. The family also complies with the latest Level VI and CoC Tier 2 international standards set requirements for average active mode efficiency, measured at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of load at a minimum efficiency of 10% load and a maximum power consumption at no load.
