Image of NuMicro® NUC029 Series Microcontrollers Nuvoton’s NuMicro NUC029 series microcontrollers are designed for industrial control applications providing robust immunity and strong anti-interference ability (ESD up to HBM 7 kV/EFT 4.4 kV). The NuMicro NUC029 series has an operating voltage of 2.5 V to 5.5 V, -40°C to +105°C temperature range, 24 MHz to 72 MHz operating frequency, 16 KB to 256 KB Flash, and 2 KB to 20 KB SRAM. These microcontrollers are equipped with peripherals devices such as 12-bit ADC, UART, PWM, SPI, and I²C. They have specific part support which includes hardware dividers, comparators, and USB 2.0 full-speed device bus.

The NUC029 series has diverse packaging (TSSOP20, QFN33, QFN48, LQFP48, LQFP64, and LQFP128) to meet a customer’s product requirement. NuMicro NUC029 SEE/LEE/SGE/LGE/KGE are enhanced with a USB 2.0 full-speed crystal-less device feature to reduce BOM cost and the physical size of end-product.
