Renesas’ RX72N and RX66N 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) combine equipment control and networking functions in a single chip. Built around the Renesas RXv3 CPU core, the RX72N features a maximum operating frequency of 240 MHz with two Ethernet channels, and the RX66N features a maximum operating frequency of 120 MHz with a single Ethernet channel.

The RX72N and RX66N device families offer up to 4 MB on-chip Flash memory that performs read operations at a frequency of 120 MHz, among the fastest in the industry, as well as 1 MB on-chip SRAM. These MCUs offer stable performance with little fluctuation thanks to the latest RXv3 core and the industry's fastest Flash memory. Trusted secure IP boasts the highest level of security for MCUs with large internal memory and up to 182 general-purpose I/Os.
