M24256X-F 256 Kbit EEPROM in WLCSP 4-Ball
STMicroelectronics’ 256 Kbit EEPROM is designed to enhance the performance of camera and any other small flex modules
STMicroelectronics' M24256X-F is currently the smallest 256 Kbit EEPROM on the market. It has been designed to enhance the performance of camera modules and any other small flex modules used in smart mobile devices. The software configurable device address register makes multiple insertions on the same I²C bus easier. Clock frequency up to 1 MHz helps to reduce module wake-up time. It offers calibration data benefits of enhanced and more flexible protection thanks to software write protection register. M24256X-F is available in tiny ultra-thin WLCSP 4-ball package size of 0.70 mm x 0.98 mm.
