The lower profile package helps with space-constrained board designs, increasing system level power density, and offering reduced switching losses thanks to improved package inductance. As system bus voltage increase, Wolfspeed’s 750 V family of MOSFETs provide an increased design margin in customer applications and higher tolerance for peak transient voltages. All devices are industry-compatible.
