Thanks to the performance advantages of silicon carbide, the C6D diodes meet higher efficiency standards compared to silicon-based solutions.

The TO-247-2L package offers double the amount of creepage compared to TO-247-3L and reduced field failures, especially for customer applications designed for outdoor environments.
