120 W and 300 W GaN Desktop AC/DC Power Supplies

CUI's SDI120-U, SDI300G-U, and SDI300G-UR series 120 W and 300 W GaN desktop AC/DC power supplies are ideal for a variety of portable consumer and industrial applications. The SDI300G-U and SDI300G-UR series offer 300 W of continuous power and the SDI120G-U series offers 120 W of continuous power in a compact desktop package that has up to 100% more density than non-GaN units.

Both 120 W and 300 W desktop adapters comply with UL/cUL 62368-1 requirement and meet the current average efficiency and no-load power specifications mandated by the U.S. Department of Energy under the Level VI standard. These GaN adapters provide a universal input range of 85 V_AC to 265 V_AC, single regulated outputs, and power factor correction. The SDI300G-UR series offers a three-prong (C18) inlet, while the SDI300G-U and SDI120G-U series feature a two-prong (C14) inlet.
