The EPC modular 5 kW reference solution combines a 4-level totem-pole PFC front-end (EPC91107KIT) with a quad ISOP LLC isolation stage (EPC91110KIT) to deliver a compact, high-efficiency AC to 48 V/50 V path for ORv3-class server and AI power systems. The PFC boosts 200 V_AC(RMS) to 277 _VAC(RMS) (V_IN) and 400 V_DC (V_OUT); the isolation stage converts 400 V_DC (V_IN) to 50 V_DC (V_OUT) using four 100 V to 50 V LLC modules (ISOP) to achieve approximately 98% full-load efficiency and balanced thermal distribution.
