The SP3384NUTG provides a multitude of design protections not only for lightning but electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events (CDE), and electrical fast transients (EFT). Each device can protect up to 4 channels, up to 15 A (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition), and up to ±30 kV ESD (IEC 61000-4-2). The SP3384NUTG is packaged in a 3.0 mm x 2.0 mm µDFN package.
