Unidirectional Tilt Switch

Magnasphere's unidirectional tilt switch is an industrial grade non-mercury switch. The T1-AB-JS is RoHS compliant and is sealed from atmosphere and water. Magnetic switching improves vibratory-contact stability over other non-mercury alternatives. The switch, either Form B or Form A, requires no standby power consumption and has versatile mounting options.

The unidirectional tilt switch is a great alternative to older "mercury switches" in order to avoid the hazardous mercury in applications for safety and compliance standards. They also have much greater accuracy than most other non-mercury switch options. There is no need to wait until reaching 30 to 45 degrees or greater before triggering when many applications require a much smaller tilt angle.
