CSSH3637 7 W Current Sensing Chip Resistors
Stackpole Electronics’ ultra-precision metal alloy resistors eliminate part and solder-joint cracking caused by board flexing
Stackpole Electronics' CSSH series ultra-stable metal element current sense resistors are designed for high stability and precision even when exposed to high temperatures and heavy loads. Stackpole offers a robust, sensing resistor in a 3637 case size while dissipating 7 W. The all-metal construction eliminates problems with part or solder-joint cracking caused by board flexing and other mechanical and thermal stresses. The CSSH3637 is capable of resistance tolerances down to 1% and TCRs of 100 PPM. This ensures precise power management over a wide range of ambient temperatures.
The CSSH series is designed for high current, power, temperature, and precision current sensing requirements. The CSSH3637 is an ideal choice for current sensing in power supplies, motor controls, high power regulators, robotics, industrial controls, gasoline and diesel engine controllers, UPS systems, network diagnostic equipment, medical equipment, and rechargeable power tools.
