The Linear Technology LTC7851 can be compared to the previously released LTC3861 and LTC3853. The LTC3861 also has voltage mode control with an internal current share loop and operates with DrMOS, power block and external MOSFETs, but provides up to two outputs whereas the LTC7851 provides up to four outputs. The LTC3853 provides up to three outputs and has current mode control. Its onboard MOSFET drivers are meant to be used with external MOSFETs as the power train devices.
