The supply voltage supervisor on the FRAM devices is different from previous versions; it is much simpler because of the reduced number of Vcore voltages. There are two SVS modules that can be enabled for high side, low side monitoring, or both. The thresholds they monitor are hard coded to prevent any error in operation, and the device reset, or BOR, tracks with the high side supervisor that is only disabled in LPM4.5. The low side supervisor can be disabled in all low power modes except 0, and is automatically disabled in all but LPM0, 1, and 2.
